Sometimes I get really pessimistic about my weight and fitness. I can never lose enough weight, I will never be strong enough, woah is me I have to really stay focused on what I have achieved and how far I have come. . These legs have been through some shit. 16 hour shifts, runs that I had to stop in the middle to throw up, and 100 miles a week on a bike. They have carried me and my kid up stairs and jumped and held me up in countless mosh pits. . So instead of being mad at the scale or myself for poor eating I am going to celebrate the fuck out of these gams and all their jiggle . (at Riverside Park)
