The long wait is over! One more sleep, and we get to practice with Sharath-ji!

A few reminders before our most-awaited event:

BE PUNCTUAL
Sharathji starts on the dot and does not allow latecomers to join.

BRING YOUR OWN MAT.
Students need to bring their own mat. You cannot leave your mats at Kerry Sport after the practice.

OBSERVE SILENCE
Kerry Sports is very strict with maintaining a low noise level. We hope for everyone’s cooperation on this.

TICKETS
For those with email comfirmation of full payment as of Aug 25, you may claim your tickets at CERTIFIED CALM BGC FROM Sept 1-7. For those with balances, and who finalized registration after Aug 25, we highly suggest you claim on Sept 8, 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm at Kerry Sports reception area.

Otherwise, come at 5:00 am, an hour before led class starts with exact change of your balances, please.

PARKING
Parking is available at the following: Shangri-La at the Fort (with elevator access straight to Kerry Sports), Crescent North, Crescent South, BGC Stopover, One Bonifacio High Street. BELONGINGS
Bags and footwear may be placed on the sides and the bleachers as lockers are limited. Please refrain from bringing valuables. The organisers and the venue administration are not liable for any loss or damage. Belongings (e.g. mats) must not be left at the venue.

SHOWERS
Showers and toilets are available.

OUTSIDE FOOD
Bringing in of outside food and drinks (water excluded) is strictly not allowed. Kerry Sprouts, the heart bar café of Kerry Sport, offers healthy food and beverage that can cater for your snack requirement.

ATTIRE
Proper training attire is required (i.e. workout clothing).
