Okay there’s a lot to this so context!!

To start - Reigen’s still on the dizzy side, so when Ekubo, Mob & Reigen find Serizawa he’s possessed again for a bit of stability. Lil bit of genuine talk ensues. Serizawa’s a bit dazed by everything.  And just happy to see Reigen and Mob safe, so he doesn’t think much about the reappearance of Ekubo. Buuut, in the few days where Reigen is resting (and Serizawa’s keeping his eye on him) he has a lot of time to dwell on that. They don’t see Ekubo again during those days  since he’s not keen to leave Mob alone/disappear again. By the time he reappears, he actually finds that Reigen and Serizawa are helping with some clean up near Reigen’s apartment (Serizawa’s only letting him out so he doesn’t eat the furniture with restlessness).  And… yeah the conversation continues before and after what’s shown - Reigen’s happy to see Ekubo again, Serizawa doesn’t trust him & has a vague theory on what happened with the Broccoli thing that no one seems to remember so… for good reason.
