I am still here and I’m grateful that I am privileged to live a life surrounded by friends and love. I can drink fresh water from the tap. I can enjoy a cup of coffee every day and I have food on the table. I have a home and a warm and soft bed to sleep in. I am privileged to live in a country that hasn’t been at war for over 200 years. Sometimes things happen around us that we can’t control, but for most of us life continues as usual. Take care of your loved ones, be kind to everyday people.
