“I remember those people. I remember their big armors and their hatred for our kind. They captured a bunch of us and locked us into cages like animals in a zoo. Never chat with us, but always loud when talking to each others. I could hear them talking about the collar. A device they had just found that could explode on command with a signal or whatever. I don’t know how it works exactly. We were their test subjects… I saw the ghouls in my cage… Falling on the ground, headless, spreading that gross mashed flesh and the blood… so much blood. I guess I was the lucky one. The collar I was granted was defective. It short circuited, melted on my neck and burned me. But I was still alive and the collar couldn’t hurt me more. I took advantage of my luck and escaped. This collar will be an eternal souvenir.”
