Grimalkin, the Imp

He’s been a long time coming, but I’ve finally managed to fish this little troublemaker out from the depths of my bookshelves! Grimalkin is an imp whose last job was as a wizard’s familiar, so he can be a bit cryptic. Just last week he was trying to speak prophesy at me, but he speaks several languages I don’t and I’m not sure what he was trying to say. Despite all that he’s a wonderful companion once he knows the content of both your library and your pantry, and I’ve enjoyed having him around.

Grimalkin’s head and feet were sculpted and cast by @missmonstermel​ with modifications and painting by me! The rest of the body is needle felted around a heavy-duty wire armature, and the eyes are lab-grown black opal cabochons. This piece will be coming with me to Midwest FurFest, Nov. 29 - Dec. 2 and will be available for sale there!

This piece will be available at my table at Midwest FurFest 2018. I should have a few things available after the con, but he won’t be one of them. If he doesn’t sell at MFF, I’ll be keeping him for myself.
