Something I’ve had in progress for a while, and hope to finish eventually. I attempted to join a gallery show a couple months ago (”attempted” being the operative word here, the gallery was announced a ….week before submissions were due), and the theme of the show was “a self portrait that’s not a self portrait.” That can be taken a lot of ways, but I chose to take it as…. items in my life I think represent me.  My knick knacks, my journals, my clothes, my games, my food choices. Things that are never far from me.
