Hurricane !
2 oz. aged rum
0.5 oz. passion fruit puree or syrup
0.5 oz. grenadine
0.5 oz. Cointreau
0.5 oz. lemon juice
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with crushed ice. Shake briefly to whip, then empty contents into a curved “Hurricane” glass and garnish with an orange slice and a cherry.
