Since we’re collecting things that say ‘Mx’ today, my new Boots advantage card does :P
Awwwww yeah, well done Boots! *rushes off to get Boots advantage card reissued*
When this was first posted, you had to contact Boots to get your card reissued with Mx on it, because they didn’t have Mx on their online forms.
As of at least February 2021, Boots do have Mx on their Advantage card registration form!
They also have it on their general account registration form for online purchases:
