When was the last time you did yoga? I just finished a 20 min beginner class. I am catching up on some sleep. Right now my highest priority is getting enough sleep so baby and I have been sleeping in untill noon for the past two days and i feel like a new human lol (aka alive) . On a different note do you find that most yoga teachers are vegan or do you think the opposite is true? I have an awesome inspo lecture recommendation.
