Today’s high is 66 degrees— fall has finally arrived in the desert and I could not be happier!!! ⁣

If you know me, you know I used to LOVE burning candles. I was so obsessed with Bath & Body Works candles and would hoard them in my cabinets. I wanted my house to smell clean and cozy all the time, especially during the colder months. However, once learning how harmful candles can be to my family and I, we completely ditched candles and switched to diffusing oils. Candles are filled with synthetics, carcinogens, hormone disrupters, and so many other toxins that aren’t good for our lungs and our health. I thought I would miss candles so much, but being able to diffuse, I don’t miss them one bit! My family and I can get the benefits of oils while making our home smell amazing! ⁣
