These easy burrito bowls are so good I’ve literally eaten them every work day for the past… Month and a half?

Anyway! They literally only take 30 minutes to make, and cost me maybe $10 for the whole week of food

Your choice of ground meat in the amount you need for your goals - I normally go with lean ground chicken because it’s the least expensive
Cook in taco seasoning
Beans of choice! I normally go black beans but I mixed black and pinto this time
Cook. Separate. Done.

I also chop up lettuce, tomato, and onion and put those along with salsa and guac in the mornings before work.
