I had originally planned this day off to be productive and packed with practical things on my list. Then I got a fairly last minute invite from my friend Daniel. No regrets. I love having a friend that keeps me accountable on so many levels and enjoys the spiritual and cultural things I enjoy while constantly pushing me physically too. Today was supposed to be our training rest day but we did a full body workout playing on the rocks all day.
