I understand that Ralph has a guarded posture, with rolled over shoulders and arms forward. However, there are some very visible differences between the models. (Ralphs’ legs are grey and Jerry’s is white)

But most noticeably is that Jerry is surprisingly chunky in the middle with a smoother whited out surface. - Could this be that Cyberlife deliberately made Jerry softer and squishier in the middle because they knew the EM-400 would be more comforting to children if he was huggable and soft in the middle? 

He’s a walking huggable marshmallow boy.
