• you probably all know by now that „integration“ is one of my favorite topics to share about, if not the important message i want to share with my work.

for me this touches many different aspects.
the word came up a lot in connection to my retreats / plant medicine experience - highlighting the importance of integrating the experiences and insights you have during ceremonies / healing sessions into every day life.
it’s about taking TIME to allow the physical, emotional and energetic release to take place and the mental programming to recalibrate. making space for stillness and rest after any kind of intense experience is so incredibly important (whether planned like a breathwork session or a retreat or something like a deep discussion with a friend or a challenging situation) - we are always in some kind of process and often we are not even aware of it.
rushing from one thing to the next takes away the magic of true completion.

integration for me really means bringing awareness to everything that was suppressed, rejected and neglected in the past and therefore became a „shadow“. something we are no longer identifying with or not aware of that still lives inside of us.
shine light into the dark places, allowing for the emotional charge to be released and then welcoming the part back in with acceptance and compassion.

they can be triggered in many ways - anything that upsets you in someone else can lead you to things you suppress within, but also anything that you glorify or envy in another as these shadow aspects can be all kinds of things.

it’s truly about owning ALL parts of you. allowing yourself to see and accept all that you are without trying to fit into a certain image.
often this can be very confronting as you have to deconstruct the identity and let go of who you thought yourself to be in order to expand your awareness.
it’s about letting go of the ego narrative.

unification doesn’t happen over night - it’s rather like an onion. work with what is present right now - allow this intense time that we are collectively experiencing to trigger you…
