This photo was taken on top of 200 foot waterfall. The view is breath taking! I was reflecting about something my shaman friend here in Costa Rica taught me. He said, there are 4 pillars to living a good life:

1⃣ love and respect of self
2⃣ love and respect of Pachamama (Mother Earth)
3⃣ love and respect for humankind
4⃣ love and respect for family
