Here’s some #mondaymotivation Both of these pics are of me in nataraj/ dancer’s pose. Can you guess how many hours (years) of yoga practice it took to see this level of progress?

The greater transformation always takes place within though. The woman I was on the right was much less balanced, confident and clear about my focus. I hadn’t discovered my purpose in life yet and was just starting to find my way. The woman on the right I was clear, focused and determined to access my greatest potential and to share these gifts with those who would benefit from them. The body will one day pass away, so these forms are simply reminders of our progress. Can you measure compassion in a photo like this? No, not at all. But you can see that my commitment to the path of yoga is strong and that I hope to inspire you to give your time to something meaningful, that makes you feel better every day and that serves the greater good on earth.
