Time to throw some Deltarune OCs at you. These three are The Jacksons, a plucky trio who loves rhythm games and tearing it up on the dance floor.
They’re also a part of @huecycles’s and @just-ornstein’s Metropolis AU: a fanmade (and really cool) TV dark world.
More under the cut!
Little Tidbits:
- Their light world equivalent is a set of AV cords attached to a playstation. Which is why they have an affinity for rhythm games and games in general.
- They work at Rook Industries, the grand center piece of Metropolis.
- They have a radio show called ReWired. It’s mostly about retro gaming and music.
- To sum up their personalities, Lola is an airhead, Vee is the lax leader of the bunch, and Rhyth likes to cause problems on purpose.
- Their text quirk is pretty simple, its all in the formatting. Lola has left aligned text, Vee is centered, and Rhyth is right aligned.
- They can connect to random devices with their cords. Connecting with devices allows them to share their consciousness with the device.
- Vee connects to the ports around her shop to showcase their products on their wall of monitors.
The Battle:
- The Fun Gang needs to reach the top of the tower to meet the oh so elusive Mike. The Jacksons are more than willing to help them, but it’s a long ride up and Vee can’t help but challenge you to a dance off.
- The battle takes place in a glass dance floor elevator.
- Each floor is a department for different channels on the TV, you can see them pass by in the background.
- Lola always attacks from the left, Vee from top and bottom, and Rhyth from the right. (Though there are occasional exceptions)
- The lights on the elevator will clue you in on who’s about to attack.
The “Uh Oh I Committed Crimes” Route:
- The three of them combine into an entertainment system mech of sorts.
- They operate like a hivemind, but when they speak individually, the audio would only come from one side. (lola: left) (vee: center) (rhyth: right)
- Like in the dance elevator, the color of the lights will reflect who’s attacking and who’s in control.
