day 18! i love the romanticism of staying up late to study, or learning something you’ve desperately wanted to try, but have never had the time for, but it’s also really important to get rest!! staying up till the crack of dawn, lit by only fairy lights or a retro desk lamp, typing away on a typewriter is incredibly dark academic, but getting 7 hours of sleep is too! don’t let the unhealthiness of our community affect you because you’re still valid even if you have a healthy sleep schedule
