Even if you haven’t made all the changes you wanted to make this yr there is still time! Every day you are alive is a day to get it right and move toward the person you want to be and live the life you want to live but you have to work for it! My goals for the month of October:
1. Complete 21 day fix and start again #vegetarianstyle
2. Continue transition to vegetarianism; meat every other week one meal
3. Lose 10lbs
4. Start my Christmas shopping
5. Continue to wake up M-F at 4am to workout
