After his father moved his business’s headquarters to a new town in the Kanto region, Louis decides to get into the local racing scene.  Armed with his Mazda rx-7, Louis took to mountains, running the passes with ease.  However, when a mysterious local racer shoots past him pulling off daring drifts with frighteningly accurate lines in nothing but a beat up old ‘86, Louis feels the need to investigate.  So far none of the guys in the scene have heard of this driver who appears out of nowhere like some kind of a ghost.  Although, there are rumors of an old Trueno 86 parked outside of a nearby tofu shop run by a friendly yet reclusive old komodo dragon…
