Process - “Who killed Mr Pudin?” illustration

Sharing a little bit of the process behind the “who killed mr pudin” illustration.
Most of the times I start with a sketch on my moleskine (normally I use color pencils). Then I scan it or take a shot with my phone to guide the line work on illustrator. After that, add some colors and textures (I create my own textures in this case using photos taken with my phone). In the end I proceed with the color separation and halftoning on photoshop. In the end, I’ve just imported the halftoned images to Illustrator and overlaped it.
