A program to move you one step closer to your body goals in 30 Days using various training styles to be a well rounded athelete.
Each day you will get a 45 minute varied workout. On split days, an optional 20 minute cardio session will be available.

Monday - Friday -
Split Days - 45 Minute WKOUT’s - To Build Lean Muscle & Added - 20 Minute Cardio - To Help Burn Fat
Sweat Days - 45 Minute Varied WKOUT’S to burn fat & improve overall fitness.
Saturday - Rest Day
Sunday - Rest Day
No two WKOUT’s are the same.
Beginners / Intermediate - Lower Your Weight & Concentrate On Form & Just Getting Through each day the best you can, take the modifications given.
