ted lasso actually does a really good job of demonstrating how those bad bitches who seem so assertive and put together and never show vulnerability are probably extremely broken inside and working far too hard to maintain that appearance, whereas women who embrace their idiosyncrasies and allow themselves to be messy and honest and emotional may seem frivolous and weak, but they are actually living as their best selves and are in fact the type of women one should truly aspire to be.

My guy, you could have just had an almost identical meal at your house 15 minutes prior, and a Jewish or Indian grandmother will literally say “Yes, but it wasn’t mybrisket/biryani/etc.” If somebody else made it, it doesn’t even count.
