#RUF pic of the day courtesy of @uzlaroto - The RUF Rt12 was the company’s first model to be based on the Porsche 911 997 platform. A twin-turbocharged, 3.6 litre flat-six cylinder 560 bhp engine based on the earlier 996 was offered by RUF but a bored-out and de-stroked 3.8 litre option was also available producing around 685 bhp (511 kW) to 737 bhp (550 kW) depending on options in order to satisfy customers demanding more performance and hardcore handling than a Porsche 911 Turbo and GT2. #ruf #rufsince1939 #rufautomobile #200mphclub #rufpicoftheday
