1965 ragtop Mustang with a 289 mated to a 4-speed. The factory rims and white letter tires are sharp! Didn’t get to see the motor. I was reluctant to post the pic of the spartan interior, but this car is a driver, not a museum piece. No air conditioning, just air vents, aftermarket console, dirt on the department store floor mats; just like I remember when my parents had two of them when I was growing up. Sweet memories!

Mmmmmmm, 1963 split-window with a 327 4-speed at a car show a few weeks ago. I assume it’s a Saginaw transmission and don’t know the horsepower of the small block or the differential in the rearend. But a mint ‘63 'Vette, 327 4-speed, factory red, black interior… sigh.

Absolutely immaculate 1967 GTO! Not sure of the engine size as the owner wasn’t around, but that Pontiac horsepower is controlled by a 4-speed and a Hurst shifter. The motor is spotless!!! And the inside of the trunk, wow! The red line tires really set off the black paint & red pinstriping. Gorgeous car!

1963 Corvette in a somewhat rare GM “Saddle Tan” paint and “Saddle” interior. I may research the number of “Saddle Tan” production numbers. This car has the 327/340 horsepower option with a 4 speed. Note the hubcaps. This car was certainly a head-turner at the car show!

Another post of the 1963 Fulie Corvette originally purchased by John Gotti of mafia fame. This car was originally silver and Gotti had it painted. It has a modified 327 that Gotti had done so he could race it. This 4-speed car sat in a backyard in Florida for 37 years until it was frame-off restored by it current and only 3rd owner.

“Hump day it is…” And we have a 1966 convertible Pontiac GTO! This year only came with a big block 389 and had a 4-barrel producing 335 horsepower, or a three deuce setup on two other 389 engine options, kicking out 360 to 380 horsepower. I wish the owner was around when I saw this car at a local car show so I could see the blue, Pontiac motor and ask about the transmission and differential. Anyway, this girl is clothed in “Montero Red” and she’s got a 4-speed to get her around. I love the original front license plate!

Here’s a 1966 C2 Corvette to get our weekend started. Sorry for the glare on the interior picture, but she’s got a 4-speed. The owner wasn’t nearby, so I’m not sure which version of the 327 she has in her. I love the factory finned rims with the spinners!
