My second 2020 5 Second Day
My first 2020 5 Second Day.
Oh yeah. I did a Titmouse 5 Second Day also. I’m so sorry.
This is my contribution to the 2021 edition of Titmouse Inc’s 5 Second Day, NIGHTLIGHT.
It’s an idea I’ve had kicking around for a while now, with hints of all the things I’ve really enjoyed over the course of this last year. A world where a cosmic calamity causes the worlds of dreams and reality to meld together, and the humans that now have to live in the spaces between the two. Like… The Sandman meets the SCP Foundation meets Madoka Magica.
This was done entirely in Storyboard Pro except for a few photoshop assets, so it’s basically a colorized animatic. In the future, I’m gonna try and refine this idea, amp up the boards and the cinematography, and get it animated with real bgs. HOPEFULLY.
