That’s what ran said to you the first time you were left alone with Rindo.
“I don’t want you alone with him for more than a millisecond.”
He took you by the wrist, twisting you to stop just behind him, his much taller frame covering you in an attempt at shielding you from Rin’s gaze.
“Ah come on, bro, sharing is caring,” the younger Haitani remarked, shooting you a lingering up and down look.
It was no secret that Rindo was just as into you as Ran. He was open about it- very open. There was always an innuendo laced compliment when you were around, and even when you weren’t, you were always the topic of discussion on his lips, much to Ran’s distaste.
This afternoon was no different.
“I’ve told you- she’s off limits.”
You hadn’t even been doing anything- you were just waiting downstairs for Ran like you always did, being his always good, always patient girl.
Ran was fed up. His voice was stiff, cutting even; a far cry from the honeyed one you always knew. And of course, there was that damned baton.
