In short, the event will run Monday April 18 - Friday April 22. There are 2 prompts each day for you to choose from; feel free to use one, both, or neither. An Aang rarepair is any Aang ship that doesn’t include Zuko, Katara, or Toph.

Shame rises up in Hakoda and rests against his breastbone. He feels as if he’s just bathed in hot water, skin pruny and raw. Still, he shakes his head and, against the clamoring of emotion he feels, Hakoda says, “Yes, sorry.” He smiles, “I’m fine. What was so funny?”
Aang smiles, concerned and distracted, but he appeases Hakoda and launches into another story, anyway.

my fave aang rarepair! ah, this is so hard it changes from moment to moment, but i’ve always been especially fond of azulaang and sukaang. I’m excited to see if there will be any more content for them during ARW22!
At first, Aang thinks she’s a mermaid. She moves with a gracefulness under the water that is completely otherworldly, even for a human waterbender. Her hair billows around her in a halo, and what looks like frills fall at the end of her body. But then Aang looks closer, and he sees the frills are the ends of a crisp white dress with pale white skin underneath, all accented by streaks of red that spread throughout her shoulders up to her face. Though he has never seen her in this realm or the other, Aang has heard Katara describe her, and he knows before she meets his eyes that Aang is looking at the Painted Lady.
