I’ve been working on my skin for the better part of a year now since I had my IUD placed My body misses the hormones since they are now pretty localized to my uterus, I don’t get the added bonus of clear skin anymore. Adding skin congestion to skin the mix really fuckin’ blows it results in little bumps all over my face and they are just something I’ve got to deal with without doing extreme elimination dieting and moving somewhere with less allergens in the air ️nyway I do a mix of Korean skincare and whatever works (prescription of topical clindimycin and spironolactone) I have oily/combo skin that’s unfortunately sensitive so finding things that don’t exacerbate the bumps is hard.
