Raoul from Snezhnaya, member of the Fatui and a Catalyst user.
He joined the Fatui to gain strength, so in the future he would be able to took down the one that murdered his older sister. Raoul sister, Kamilla, was a beautiful and talented ballerina. She traveled around the world showing her performance in the fanciest places. Unfortunately on her last performance in Liyue, Kamilla was murdered before the act in the dressing room. The whole thing was set to look like she killed herself, but Raoul knew his sister too well. He knew she would never take her own life. Someone wanted her gone for good. So the little boy joined the Fatui to train, become strong enough to take down anyone responsible for her death. So who murdered Kamilla? A jealous ex-lover? A rival? Or maybe she got entangled in someone’s else scheme?
