All New Whump-tastic Event!

Ready to put your favorite characters through the pain of their lifetime? We sure are! Presenting Maribat Agony August, filled with delicious whump prompts for all the angst you could ever want!

This is our first year, so we’re super excited to see what you all have planned. We decided to put in special features just because of that!

THERAPEUTIC TUESDAYS- Want to give yourself a breather from all these heartbreaking prompts? We’ve given you one prompt each Tuesday to use as a ‘healing’ day. On the flip side, we’ve given extra-whumpy prompts to go alongside it in case you want to go all the way! (these prompts will be highlighted in green on the written list)

QUOTE QUADS- Every FOUR days, you get a quote prompt instead. (these prompts will be highlighted in red on the written list)

Guidelines for Maribat Agony August 2022!

1. Any Maribat pairing is allowed! Feel free to make it whatever type of relationship you want (platonic, romantic, bio!dad, etc.)
2. All creative media types are accepted (fics, drabbles, head-canons, art, poetry, incorrect quotes, etc.)
3. Tag@maribat-calendar-eventsin your works so we can share it
4. Use the hashtag #MB-AgonyAug22,#Maribat-AgonyAug22,or#AgonyAugust22 so others can see your work
5. Keep NSFW works under the 'Keep Reading’ line with an appropriate warning above
6. Collaborations should give proper credit to all those who were involved. Make sure they are tagged in the work.
