Taking falls on lead can be terrifying. Right before I got pregnant with #littlesunrise, I took a big unexpected fall on The Bong in #jtree and hadn’t fallen since that day. It created so much extra anxiety while leading that it has kept me from trying routes I deemed too hard. I regret not pushing past my comfort level back then but I’ve rediscovered my determination and strength. And @benny_haddad would probably add stubbornness

So beyond grateful for the beautiful breathtaking ups, even though I forget just how radiant they are during the downs. Thank you my family, my crew, my loves for seeing me through all the downs and reminding me there’s always an up.
