alright, i feel like i need to explain some stuff here so… this whole thing is like a counterpart to “loose ends”, where inaho was dying instead. and this time inaho really regretted that he had forced slaine to live from the start. it’s all because that, after all the time they had together, he began to respect slaine as a person rather than just some kind of responsibility he had to bear.
happy ending, right?

au headcanon where they met at a bookstore.
inhao is a military officer, recently retired due to serious injury resulting from a mission. he’s 7 years older than slaine and actually a few centimeters taller too (lol. slaine is a high school student currently having trouble getting along with his adoptive father. they both spent a lot of time in the same bookstore but never once did they talk to one another. one day, something happened and they started talking…things changed for both of them.
(all right. i just felt like to make inhao older and taller for once because i can.)

(headcanon where in ep12 instead of shooting him slaine took inaho back to vers with him. or something.)

note that this doujin is a somewhat continuation of “loose ends”, and it doesn’t make much sense without reading the previous story first. i want to explain why in this thing inaho fusses over slaine’s well being so much because slaine was not well in the frist story and is still recovering so he’s still really worried. that said this thing is 100% fluff i suppose. i just felt like to draw some. hope you enjoy.

“loose ends” 10-page orangebat doujin. story&art by me.
it’s a true miracle that i decided to translate my own doujin. since my english is 99% shit and i didn’t get to see much of A/Z in english, if anything seems too weird or out of place i apologize in advance.
personally i don’t think inaho would ever be desperate enough to a point where he could do nothing about it but beg. but that’s also something i wanted so much to see. so i drew this just for the hell of it. hope you enjoy.
