If you haven’t picked up Swamp Thing #1 yet, go do it! I might be a little biased but it was my favorite book of the week. Great to see a very vertigo-feely Alec Holland waking up human fighting memories he has of Swamp Thing.
At one point, in the construction yard there is a machine with the company label of “Wein Diggers” a subtle shout out to Len Wein original creator of Swamp Thing.
Seeing this, I tweeted Mr. Paquette… and… got a response, my inner nerd did a happy jig.
