So I have been very stuck on this piece for honestly the last week nearly. It started as a realistic mermaid and then somehow turned into a mercat.. either way I’m happy to be finished with this one so I can finally move on to something else. Pretty happy with the turnout overall.

I’ve decided to spend my entire day drawing this cute little bugger because one of my all time favourite animals is the fox I think he turned out pretty well, especially since I cannot draw animals or humans to save my life. Definitely was a learning experience today.

I wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted to draw today, but reflecting back on last night, I remembered briefly wanting to draw the ocean at night. I soon realised this would be a wonderful thing for me to draw, so that’s precisely what I did. I actually had loads of fun drawing it as well. I definitely see myself creating more landscape-esque drawings in the future.
