When the suspect is Baz Pitch, probable cause doesn’t matter.
Detective Inspector Simon Salisbury has linked a series of murders to the city’s most well-known and untouchable criminal, and there’s nothing he can do about it. After his removal from the case for being too close to one of the victims, a series of taunting encounters with Baz himself turns Simon’s investigation into an obsession—one that might lead him somewhere there’s no coming back from.
