Wow I like Duck SO much more than I expected to from the description.

Although I do always appreciate a good deconstruction of the “Chosen One” trope, so I guess it’s not that shocking.

#anyway ive decided duck is the magnus of this season #i mean theyre good at not recycling characters #even when it comes to being the protector #magnus specifically sought it out #and duck specifically avoided it #but i was hesitant about both of them #because they sounded like steriotypical #almost always played as male-white-straight-cis #detatched cool loner action hero types #action hero types #im plain bored of #but then they deleted the sexism #and made them soft #and let them have meaningful relationships #and now i love them
