This is my last response for what happened to me and @XXXtigger. Just want to explain everything clearly.
I’m not mean at all. Do I? I offered help to anyone who ever comes to me for as much as I could. I never thought refuse to things I’m not able to do could cause this kind of drama.
First let me say that I have over 1, 662 friends on Facebook. I run a CC group that promotes new CC creators and that group is almost 2k. I have ALWAYS given you credit for your work! I have done nothing but praise your name in my group and promote you by recoloring your hair. You are NOT on Facebook so you have not seen this!
Dude, I don’t care how many followers you got, I have my own community, I don’t need your promotion.You know I’m only on tumblr and you barely tagged me so that I don’t even remember you are recoloring me for such a long time.
Is there anybody could do something like one hand speaking bad things about a creator and the other hand making profit of his stuff?
I don’t want to say it so ugly, but I have to, will you still praise and promote me when you are refused by me from the first day? I’m afraid then I was a mean person for you since Day 1.
So here is what happened in day 1, she came to me said she had problem with recolor my hair, and ask me for help. I helped her fix it and teach her how to include the mesh, I thought this could save her energy.
I never thought later she could recolored every single hair of mine. This is what happened few months later. Thank you! My mods is so fking sucks that it needs you to redo them all.
But I didn’t say anything back to that time, I’m afraid if I say something could hurt her as she is a new creator, so I still allow her to recolor my mods but stop including mesh,Is that too much to ask for? Btw, I let her keep her old recoloring files that including my mesh, just don’t include my mesh in the future.
In the last year I have watched you grow, paid for your Patreon, (anytime I could afford it) which has been a lot!
Ok, thank you for supporting me 17 dollars, that’s a huge amount of money, I wanted to refund you, but its been over 3 months, patreon not allow that, would you accept paypal?
And when she had once publish her recolor version just right after I post something new for early access. That’s a small thing, but something uncomfortable.
But I DO NOT NEED YOUR PERMISSION TO RECOLOR! Every other creator in the world knows this!
So I guess you are recoloring my mods right? Do you ever create a single mod by yourself? I hope you do in the future then you know what creations mean to us creators. LOL, this should be on your BIO. Just to show other creators how great you are, you are the boss of the whole sims community.
It’s was really nice to be able to include the mesh when you gave me permission, (not gonna lie) but then you started getting offended because I started getting popular with my recolors.
What? Is ? fking? Wrong? With? You? I don’t even follow you anywhere and I don’t know if you are getting popular or not, I just don’t care about it, how could you say something like this? If you getting popular then does it harmful to me? Why do I getting offended?

Credit, yes, please. I create mods days and nights, credit is the only thing I asked for. Is that too much? Are you getting tired mentioning or tag me when you posting? Then stay away from me, and never use my stuff, then you don’t have to credit.
I only said… I started recoloring your hairs because not everyone likes to use the color system.
Do you know what this mean to me? My colors are my pride, I love them so much. If anyone doesn’t like it, it should be me who fix it. What are you to stepping on my toes and saying people don’t like it? Oh thank you, I will continue to do more color stuff for my followers and if someone doesn’t like it just block me ok? I don’t need your downgrading my stuff.
Just know that I will be posting this in my group.. and everyone I know will stop going to your Patreon, because this is NOT the way to handle things.

Also, I asked for your help to learn how to do my own conversions but you didn’t have time for that, and only have got meaner and meaner since then.
Ok, I was sorry for that I don’t have time to teach you, so I sent you those real good and detailed tutorials that I used to learned from. I guess you never opened them and just wanted me to teach you everything from the beginning? Sorry I could not do that and good luck for you to find someone could satisfy your request.

On 15.07.2022, I have no knowledge about your actions until it has been brought to my attention by a friend. On the same day, I immediately requested you to remove the items. Upon my request, you did what I ask. However, I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED AN APOLOGY pertaining to the re-uploading and inclusion of my mesh.
The only, well, based on the context, I do not know if it could be called an “apology”, I have received now is for not reading my TOU. Followed by the so-called “apology”, your justification of not checking out my TOU before recolouring/re-uploading my items ismerely because the items will be opened to the public.
This is extremely ridiculous. This is obviously an issue of mutual respect and lack of conscience. We gave you support, and you chose to repay us by profiting off our work and not showing any respect.
You also do not care to check whether the mesh is included before uploading, LET ALONE OUR TOU.
Apparently, you do not think that you have done something wrong. Benefitting of someone’s work, putting someone’s meshes behind a paywall, not respecting creators’ TOU. LOL, you even get annoyed when @kotehoksims upgraded her colour system because it adds to your “workload”? So entitled and ignorant.
Also, don’t even put your hands on any of my stuff now. It sickens me at the thought of them being tarnished.
And oh, should I even mention that you also included exclusive meshes of creators (hy*******c******w & si**4*ife) in your blender scene?

While I do not think that Kotehoksims is in the right considering their content is STOLEN FROM A MOBILE GAME, I am going to address something.
A while back when I first called out Cowbuild I did mention some of the digusting comments about me (and others who hold similar views about perma-paywalls) on Cowbuild’s own patreon by her patrons. And I would like to point out:

So…if it’s content from a creator you like who stole it, people complaining about it being paywalled is them being spoiled rich kids, but if it’s something YOU want to recolor or use…EA’s rules suddenly apply?
Also good on cowbuild for knowing how to steal 3D meshes? What a really bad take…
Now I will be real, I have known for a while that xxxtigger is a problematic person. I’m friends with people who used to work with her/were friends with her who sadly had to discontinue friendship over differences about the ethics of CC.
She has always to me seemed very much like the type of person who will gush and promote the creators she thinks will give her attention, while trying to act like her own content is hot shit on tumblr and facebook when it relies heavily on content from other places (honestly I’ve seen a lot of her stuff that has content from multiple intellectual properties that I know she doesn’t have rights to, and using meshes I doubt she’s asked real permission for based on the evidence above…)
So while Kotehoksims isn’t really excellent for trying to make bank off of content from Shining Nikki, xxxtigger is honestly just as much of an issue. Her opinions will change to benefit her, and she will kiss up to whoever she thinks will give her what she wants.
So there, an opinion from someone who has no skin in the fight but does know about the stripes of one of the “tiggers” in it. Ha.
