I just really want Will’s storyline to be prominent this season. When you really think about the unstable environment he grew up in, his dad’s abuse, relentless bullying, being lost in the UD for a week, his possession + zombie boy bullying, thinking he’ll get a normal summer only to be neglected by his friends, another traumatic supernatural experience and then being forced to move away from everything he knows and loves across the country where he is presumably a social outcast again…
There is so much more to Will than just the byler plot (don’t get me wrong, I love byler and need it to be canon), but I really want him to thrive as a character, to be strong and confident this season, to explore his sadder side but not be tied down by it, and to just reclaim his story. i can’t explain it, but this is the best way I can put it
