So, I’m going to stay anonymous here, but I write fanfic. I am also asexual, and though I never described myself as asexual or any of the characters in my fic as asexual, I somehow wound up with a pretty fair-sized ace following for one fic. Can people recognize their own kind through my writing? Is it just because I’m writing what I want to see [emphasis on romantic and platonic relationships rather than sexual ones] and it attracts people with similar desires? I don’t know. Regardless, like I said, decent-sized ace following.
I noticed that two of my most, for want of a better word, loyal readers had become friends through the fic, and I was like, “Hey, that’s cool. Maybe I can introduce more people each other with my fic, spark more friendships,” so I made a Discord server for my readers.
And within the first week or two of the Discord being up, someone nervously came out as ace.
And almost everyone else online at the time raised their hands and said, “Same here.” And one person said, “I’m not asexual, but I’m dating someone who is, and we’ve been happy together for years.”
And, I just went back to make sure, the woman who came out started crying. She wasn’t expecting that level of support, and she certainly wasn’t expecting a whole group of people–masculine, feminine, nonbinary, cis, trans, different races, different countries, different romantic orientations [including aro], ages ranging from early teens to late twenties, hell, even people who didn’t ship the couple from the fic and were just there because they liked the idea behind the story–to be just as asexual as she was. She was so goddamn happy. It was an incredibly beautiful moment, and I was so fucking floored by the realization that I’d helped facilitate that.
So amidst all the hate and the bullshit, don’t lose hope. Don’t think of yourself as less valid. Don’t forget that you can find happiness. Pride month is all about accepting and embracing who you are. And anyone who spouts that same bullshit rhetoric that has been used in biphobic and transphobic and even anti-lesbian arguments throughout history? Well, they’re missing the point entirely.
We’re here. We’re QUEER. Get FUCKING used to it.
And for the love of all life on Earth, please support each other. Don’t put down your fellow queers. There are more than enough people outside of the community who do that already.

Let me enlighten you then: just imagine, Taeyong, on his back, with his legs spread wide for you, being completely vulnerable with you while you ram hard into him. Can you imagine looking down at him, watching his glossy doe eyes looking right back at you? And his mouth would be just a little bit open, breath hitching with every rougher thrust. But then you’d also get the occasional S-tier moan or even a whimper, and you’d know that you’re doing a great job. And he’d get so shy too!! Each pathetic noise or loud gasp coming from him would make the already prominent blush on his face even darker. And every time that would happen, he’d just look into your eyes for reassurance, feeling embarrassed by his own adorable noises :(
There’s so much you could do with him in missionary too! You could hold his legs apart for him, forcing him to stay open for you while you’re inside him, making him feel that much smaller. Or you could make him hold them himself while you’d grip his hips tightly, making sure to abuse that little spot in him until he’s seeing stars.
Still not enough for you? Maybe a bit too intense? Well, how about this - you, leaning forward while gently moving inside of him, giving him the softest kisses of reassurance and whispering the most loving words of praise he’s ever heard. Him, gripping at your back and arms for support, with his legs wrapped around your waist to not only make you go deeper but to make you as close to him as possible. And every time you’d hit his prostate, you could feel his knees pushing your back into him even more, trying to put more pressure on that spot. If you’d deny him the pleasure, though, oh god, be prepared. He’d become the whiniest sub ever, I swear. But that’s not all! Edge him for a bit longer, and his thighs would start shaking as well, hands grasping your arms weakly as he begs you to keep going.
Watch out though, because sometimes, our little guy can get a bit overwhelmed with all of the pleasure and praise and gets a little emotional. Can you imagine how adorable that would be, though? Looking down at his big teary eyes, the smallest pout on his face as he sniffles. He’d pull you in a tight embrace just so he could hide his face in the crook of your neck while he calms down. This man needs to be loved and appreciated, damn it!!

Hey y’all:) how are you doing?? I missed you guys sm I just wanted to make a small post saying I’ll be posting again! I really need that time off to take care of my mom after the accident. My mom is feeling much better and she still recovering. It’s been so hard these last few months but we’ve been hanging in there. I’m thankful she survived… she’s literally all me and my sisters have parent wise , you know? I wanted to also thank you all for your kind messages and prayers and just being there for me. Once upon a time, long before Amber Talbot was even born, there was another Emissary. An Emissary who made a grave mistake. She chose Teth Adam as the Champion of the Council of Wizards. Power hungry and revenge happy, he took over Khandaq, and destroyed anyone who dared oppose his nation.
When the Council sealed him away, the first Emissary died. Her powers were passed through the Talbot family line, finally ending with Amber. Now, thousands of years later, Amber has found her position as the Emissary, made friends and discovered what she’s fighting for.
There’s just one more hurdle to jump over. One more flaw to crack. Black Adam. Dr Kent Nelson believes he can rehabilitate Adam, so he finds Amber, an Oxford Student by coincidence, and takes her under his wing to join the Justice Society. Adam has two choices – be the hero the previous Emissary wanted him to be, or be the villain he became.
Maybe Amber’s an idealist - the thing that killed the first Emissary, for believing that Adam was secretly good under all that vengeance -, but she hoped he would make the right choice. Even if that right choice ended in blood, violence and destruction. An Emissary’s work is never done.
