Saturday night parties were very popular among the people who knew about the MC and you were among them through your connection with Angel and EZ. The connection was a bit rough though with Angel because, even though you were there for him for everything and stayed up to talk to him so he could be at ease, he acted like you were nothing in the public eye. Now here you were at the clubhouse, behind Angel as he started talking to Coco and Gilly.

“Nah, man. (Y/N) ain’t really my type,” Angel laughed as he shook his head, “to be honest, she thinks she can control my life,”

“Oh,” Gilly’s eyes widened as he caught sight of you, “ummm, I think you should stop,”

“What? Why?” Angel chuckled but turned around and caught sight of your tear filled eyes as you turned and ran out to your car. He shrugged it off as if it was nothing, but still felt a deep pang in his chest for hurting you.

You were back home and replayed all the nights that you stayed up and even did some late night snack runs for when he called and asked for you to come over. Money was a little tight for you, but you would’ve done anything for Angel though he would never do the same for you. In response to that, you had gotten up out of bed and decided what your makeup was going to be tomorrow and carefully chose your clothes, deciding to show Angel what he missed and how he is never gonna get it back. Lessons were learned and you didn’t regret it.

Hours passed until the party was done and you knew the godforsaken call from Angel would happen. It did soon after you sent a prayer to whoever was up there to not get a call from him, but it went unanswered as you scoffed and begrudgingly answered the phone.

“Hey, preciosa,” Angel whispered.

“Don’t,” you said, “don’t do that shit, not after what happened. It’s so funny because I’m the one you call at night to warm your bed. It’s even funnier when you were literally the only person I ever cared about. I don’t blame you though,” you took a deep breath.

“Querida-” Angel started but you stopped him.

“Nah, I’m the one that bought every lie you told me,” you chuckled humorlessly, “the last time I went to your house, only two nights ago, I didn’t see any of our pictures anymore, but that’s ok now. Just remember that, in the future, I’m going to be the girl you think about when your life moves on and wish that you didn’t fuck shit up,” with that you hung up and put your phone on charger.

Throughout the night, Angel tossed and turned in bed as he replayed all the memories in his head before sitting up, raking his hands through his hair. Without a second thought, he texted your phone and sent apologies and explanations and saying he was trying to put distance between the two of you. All went unread the whole night that he was up until the next morning when you woke up you read the texts. It was ironic for him to say that he wanted the real thing and somebody to be real to him, but the moment you were, he turned and got mad, but then apologized like nothing.

The day passed as your lazy Sunday with your light cleaning, baking, cooking, and just relaxing until you realized that you didn’t have enough eggs for the next day so you dressed in your best sweatpants and sweater and went out to the store. Unfortunately, Angel was also there and he caught a glimpse of you, expecting to see red eyes and swollen, but seeing you in your regular state and glasses.

“Hey, (Y/N). I’m sorry for the things I said last night,” Angel rubbed his neck, “we can still be friends though, right? I mean that’s what I told the guys,”

“Let me guess, you told them that we were barely speaking,” you rolled your eyes, “look, stop calling me and being immature,” you walked away and set your snacks and eggs on the conveyor belt.

Years have passed since then and you moved on with someone that had treated you way better, even showed you off like no other. They made you feel so loved and good. The two of you moved into a house in Arizona, of course keeping in contact with everyone in the MC except for Angel. Angel had received glares from the guys for quite some time when you slowly stopped coming around, but still helped out in any way you could. Now he sat at the clubhouse bar with a beer bottle that had the label scratched off from Angel’s mind, taking him to think of you and all the things you did for him and how you made him feel.

The skating gif is just a representation on what kind of grind I’m thinking of. (Imagine is under the cut)

Angel was helping Felipe at the carniceria since he didn’t really have anything to do with his day off and he got lucky with an afternoon shift at the scrap the next day. After a few hours, he decided that he had to go home and at least clean up his place so it wasn’t deemed a hoarder house.

“Hey, pops. I’m heading out,” Angel called out, only receiving a grunt in reply so he rolled his eyes and left the shop. He looked left and right to see if there were anybody watching him out of instinct and only saw you skateboarding down the sidewalk and doing tricks that amazed him.

You were getting closer and saw a ledge that looked like it could be grinded on so you ollied onto the ledge to do a 50/50 grind, but your board caught onto something, stopping immediately. The sudden stop had caused you to be launched off of the board and land on the hard cement causing a few scrapes and scratches with a bruised knee that was going to come up soon. A yelp left your lips as heavy footsteps were heard coming towards you.

“Yo, you ok?” a deep voice asked you.

You turned to lay on your back with a groan and opened your eyes to see an angel-like man in your eyesight, “shit, yeah. I’m fine, but is there any chance you got rubbing alcohol and bandages?”

A chuckle left the man’s lips as he nodded, “yeah. C’mon, my pops has a first aid kit in his shop,” he helped you up and into the carniceria, “hey, pops! Can you bring the first aid kit?”

An older man came around the counter and passed Angel the kit as he looked at you, “what happened?”
“Nothing major, sir,” you winced as Angel cleaned your scrapes with alcohol, “just a skateboarding accident,” you pointed towards your board against the wall. The man nodded and went back to work.

“What’s your name?” Angel asked.

“(Y/N). yours?” you raised an eyebrow in question.

“Angel,” Angel smiled at you, “nice to meet you,”

“Nice to meet you too, Angel,” you said as Angel stood up and threw away the used cotton pads and trash, “well, thanks for your help. I’ll see you around,”

“No problema, querida. Wait-” Angel started as you turned to look at him, “how old are you?”

“23,” you looked at him confused, “why?”

“Let’s grab drinks tonight,” Angel winked at you as a blush went to your cheeks.

You hummed in thought, “nah, I’m good. I don’t drink,” Angel winced at that, “but, here,” you grabbed the pen on the counter, “text or call me if you want to get a coffee or something,” you winked as you passed him the pen after writing your number on his forearm. You quickly grabbed your board and rode away from the carniceria.

Angel followed you outside and immediately grabbed his phone and put your number into his phone, sending you a text.

Coffee tomorrow @ 10?

Immediately, his phone dinged and he looked at it to see a text back from you.

Don’t be late.

He looked at the direction you left in to see you winking at him and riding away.

Time had passed and you had moved to San Diego with a good enough job to get an apartment with a roommate, but you got a call from your parents telling you that they needed you back as their health declined. They told you that they were leaving you the house that is already paid off and all they really wanted from you was to spend their end on Earth with them. Immediately, you apologized to your roommate and packed all your belongings and gave her the remaining half of your rent for the rest of the lease time.

The next day you were in Santo Padre and parked in your parents driveway with a smile. Santo Padre was and will always be your home as much as you wanted to say no it wasn’t. You finally opened the car door and grabbed your bag full of clothes, leaving the rest of your stuff to bring in later. The moment you went inside the house your parents smiled at you from their usual spots on their loveseat as they slowly got up from their seat, but you rushed to them and set them back down.

“Hey, ma, dad,” you kissed both of their cheeks and set down your bag, “did you guys eat?”

“Not yet, we were waiting for you, sweetheart,” your dad said.

“Oh ok,” you went to the kitchen, “what are you guys feeling like eating?”

“Make our special food, yeah?” your father’s voice rang from the other room

“You got it!” you cheered and checked in the fridge for the meat, but didn’t find any, “I need to get meat so I’m gonna walk to the carniceria, do you guys want anything?”

Your parents said no so you left the house and to Felipe’s carniceria, but before you could enter you took yourself down memory lane and thought back to the times that you and Angel had come in to help Felipe with his shop. You shook your head free of those memories and walked inside, catching the sight of the one and only Felipe Reyes and golden boy, Ezekiel Reyes behind the counter.

“Hey, boys,” you grinned, “look who’s back and staying,”

“(Y/N)!” EZ’s eyes were widened and went around the counter to give you a hug, “Geez, how long has it been? A year now?”

“Something like that, Golden Boy,” you turned to Felipe who made his way around the counter as well, “hi, Felipe,”

“Hola, mija,” Felipe held a small smile, “how are your parents?”

“They’re ok. I just came to pick up the best meat in the state,” you winked as Felipe chuckled and packed up twice more meat than you asked, but with the price of one, “Felipe, charge me for both,”

“You’re family, (Y/N). No,” Felipe grumbled.

The three of you were interrupted by the bell going off and heavy boots hitting the floor, but it went to a complete stop. You turned to see the one man that had broken your heart.

“Oh…ummm, hi?” you said in a question form.

“Querida,” Angel breathed out before clearing his throat, “w-what are you doing here?” you held up the pack to show him, “Oh, right. Yeah, so how long you staying in Santo Padre?”

“I’m staying for good. Parents want to spend time with me and left me their house so..” you trailed off.

Angel’s lips went up in a small smile, “oh, nice. Hey, do you think maybe we can catch up?”

You shrugged, “sure, why not? You free today?” Angel quickly nodded, “Ok, cool, cool, cool. Meet me at the mountain in 4 hours then,” you kissed EZ and Felipe on their cheeks for a bye and patted Angel’s shoulder on your way out.

There you were, in the same exact spot you were at when you had left Angel in the dust, but now you had your burrito and one thing to do when Angel got there. You took another bite of your burrito when you heard the familiar sound of Angel’s motorcycle so you neatly folded the aluminum foil over the half eaten burrito and set it on the hood. Angel quickly pulled up next to you in his infamous red and black flannel shirt, kutte, jeans, and boots and dismounted. He walked to you with a smile, but you needed to let the last bit of anger out on him so you pulled your fist back and punched his stomach since his face was too pretty.

He groaned and leaned down as you let out a breath, “ok, now I’m done being angry,”

“I deserved that,” Angel stood up with a wince, “you want more hits, Rocky?”

“Nah, I’m good,” you sat back down on the hood and unwrapped the burrito again, “how is everything? MC? Adelita? Your baby?”

“Oh…” Angel chuckled humorlessly, “turns out the baby wasn’t mine and I wasn’t in the least bit in love with Adelita. It was a stupid trap that I fell into and am paying the consequences for. MC is fine, but everyone misses you,”

“What? Backtrack a minute before we discuss the guys. The baby wasn’t yours?” Angel shook his head negative, “so you cheated on me with a whore, that’s great,” you laughed, “I mean, I wanna say thank you first because without that heartbreak, I finally loved myself. However, I am sorry that the baby wasn’t yours. I know how much you wanted to be a dad,”

“Yeah, but Adelita wasn’t the person I wanted to have a kid with,” Angel looked at you, “as unbelievable as it sounds, I’m in love with you still and I still want everything with you from marriage to kids, everything,”

“Angel-” you got cut off by him, “I know I fucked up and I know we can’t start from where we left off, but I’m just asking for a chance,”

You sat there in silence as you took another bite off of your burrito before nodding your head, “sure, but I swear if you fuck this up again, I will hurt you and never talk to you again,”

“Ok! Great,” Angel smiled so big as his eyes crinkled and his cheeks started hurting, “I don’t need any other chances except this one,”

He stared into your eyes and laid a hand on your cheek and looked into your eyes for permission to do what he wanted to do since he first saw you.

“What are you waiting for, Reyes?” That’s all that Angel needed as he immediately kissed you.
