One major approach for reaching non-vegans is to make a vegan lifestyle accessible, easy—even mainstream. The accessibility of veganism is something about which I am intensely passionate—it’s one of the foundational aspects of Bite Size Vegan.

However, in attempting to “bridge the gap” and meet the general public where they’re at, there exists the risk of reducing the ethical imperative of veganism to a socially acceptable lifestyle choice—even offering gradations of change that amount to acceptable and endorsed levels of cruelty
