I think I learned some things about love, too. it doesn’t look the same for everyone. it can come in some many forms. and how can there be anything wrong with a life, if it’s spent with a person you love?

Anne with a flower crown

So like are the Stranger Things creators big fans of Anne of Green Gables or…????

(Hopper reading to Sara Anne of Green Gables)

You know what I wonder about Anne With An E season 3, is why drop the Ruby/Gilbert story so soon and so abruptly.

The build of two years of tension and conflict around Ruby liking Gilbert and then just let it simmer out without cause.

Why not have Ruby and Gilbert walk together once (or more) as they do in the books, where Gilbert is friendly to her but has no intentions of courting her? Why not have Ruby realize after spending time with Gilbert that they actually don’t have a lot in common and maybe he isn’t her dream boy even though he’s handsome?

That seems like it would have been a natural progression from not only the first two seasons but also everything that was established in episode one of season 3.

Heya! I wrote a little song for Anne Shirely Cuthbert, from a very special (and obvious) perspective! I do hope you like it ^_^
