Practice has been tough recently, I’ve been exhausted from classes and preparing for my senior recital and writing a paper for my neuro comprehensive exam and that has definitely been showing in my splits. It doesn’t help that I missed like 3-4 weeks of any working out at all this winter season because of medical issues, and I’ve been hitting lifting PR’s but my splits are all over the place. Anyway I emailed my coach and mentioned that I was having some issues with the pieces and then jokingly was talking to my friends about it like “I just want her to tell me I’m doing okay even though my splits aren’t showing it” and she just replied to my email and you know what?
