LIVE

So a few weeks ago Influenster and Rock The Lunch Box was ever so kind to send over coupons to purchase full sized items of some great healthy, organic and affordable brands. We purchase these brands all the time so you can imagine how pleasantly surprised we were.

We received coupons for:
Rudi’s Organic Harvest
Annie’s Cookies or Crackers
Annie’s Frozen Snack
Honest Kids Juice
Applegate Half Time Lunch Kit

I was able to snag at target, which seemed easy enough but the target around me is a bit rough so my options were limited BUT luckily I found these guys and was satisfied with what I found. My favorite thing about these products was that I knew everything on the ingredients, My sister and I have conversations about this all the time many people have the idea that in order to eat healthy it will be expensive or you’ll need to sacrifice taste. This of course isn’t always the case which is why I love the Rock The Lunch Box Campaign! It helps bring awareness to the options that are available out there to parents while keeping your little ones lunch box fun and creative.

One of the first products we tried were Annies Homegrown organic snacks, so while only item is shown in the picture above I actually purchased this different kinds because we absolutely LOVE these snacks. Between Cheddar Bunnies, Graham Bunnies and Animal crackers you start to wonder why these aren’t your default snack. At $4 for 2 packs of snacks these guys are responsibly priced and wont break the bank.

Next up was Annie’s frozen snacks, these are one of those products that were lacking in variety at my local target. I picked up a box of Annie’s Mini pizza bagels, while the family doesn’t typically eat frozen meals we found these guys hit the marks with being health conscious. The taste was a bit off to, but not horrible. I probably wont buy these again but may try some of Annie’s other options.

Next in my freezer was Rudis Organic bread, now the only one I spotted in targets freezer was Original white we typically eat whole wheat bread so I wish there was another option available. Once I opened the bread I noticed it wasn’t your typical white bread color and the texture looked alot different, we chucked this up to all the natural ingredients plus the fact that its milk free (YES, MILK FREE!!! This works great for our family because both Addison and I are lactose sensitive. Once again the texture wasn’t my favorite but I would definitely buy again.

We coupled the Annie’s snacks, Rudis bread with cheese and packed Honest Tea (Organic Super Fruit Punch) At my house we drink very little sugary drinks but with honest tea we were able to have that great natural flavor without the insulin raising effects. Organic fruit, no artificial sweeteners , and a great taste how can you not love Honest Tea fruit pouches

Last but Definitely not least was Applegate HALF TIME Uncured Ham & American Cheese lunch Kit all items we’re individually a bit like a lunchable except in a box and ten times healthier. Everything in the box was loved and I was asked to purchase more.

Overall this campaign was one of my favorites, now I’ll need to begin my journey trying to source these from another target. Wish me luck!!
