Tree-Sound-Pixel-Wall // stellar nurserie is a documented artistic action recording an interaction between an audiovisual installation.
This audiovisual installation is composed by 3 main devices:
Audio - several contact mics connected to a tree sends several audio signals that are processed and altered by a mixing/effects table. This table resends them to two different channels, an amplifier and a video-processor.
Pixel - this video processor receives the audio signal and transforms it to a video signal, processing the audio pitch and intensity with a pre-programed code, and sends this video signal to a video projector.
Video - the video projector receives the video signal and projects it against a brick wall, that was build temporary for this artistic action.
Which is the hidden part of an artwork? In this case there is one: we were in the middle of nowhere, touching a tree in order to rise a new star.
