Jalapeño cheese bread is an excellent recipe for using up a weak sourdough starter. Feed it the night before and your all set. This is s sourdough batter bread so it doesn’t need forming like a regular loaf. Just mix and raise in the mixing pan. Then add your cheese and peppers. Pour the batter into your baking pans and raise to pan top. Now bake! Spent the day and night #bakingbread and making #cinnamonrolls as a means of both #stress #relief and and because I can’t afford a loaf at the store and we still like to eat. I shouldn’t have to free associate and wax poetic about my childhood memories of my mother making us fresh bread when SHE couldn’t afford a loaf to feed her children because she and my father had payed all the bills and didn’t have enough for ready made but if we asked her for it and she could teach herself to make it (or grew up poor in one of those countries the president called shit holes not that long ago)she would did and it was the best thing you ever had. You should just accept I did something you didn’t and keep it moving. Don’t be mad cause I’m doing me better than you’re doing you.
