It’s Wednesday and I’m feeling like a bit of a lone wolf tonight. Healing is going to be pretty slow with these injuries and I am doing my best to stay positive and focused on the important things in my life… my family and my mental well being. There are too many “what if” thoughts that are wearing on me. The truth is that I am still here and my son was completely unharmed in the accident. It is going to take time for me to quit beating myself up for something that “could” have happened. I am dedicating this BCX Wolf Wednesday to one of the most BADASS wolves out there. Canadian Forces hunter and Hero @jodymitic … 10 years ago today he had both legs taken by a mine in Afghanistan while hunting evil bastards.
