It’s my birthday weekend and I am proud of how far I have come in the last couple of years! Going to therapy once a week, the gym 3-4times a week, showing up for myself, showing up for my business, growing my business, understanding intimately what it means to be humble (people say that all the time, but I really get it now), understanding that I have more in common with my fellow humans than I don’t, understanding that I am not for everybody and that’s ok. I am really doing my best to do me, and get into the great things and the challenges of who I am!!! It is not easy by no means but I keep showing up!
